At Lady T, our main goal is customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer a selection of high quality teas and tea accessories. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return a product. Here is our return policy:
• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
• If you receive a defective product or we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange a prepaid return and send you the correct product or a full refund.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Please contact our customer service at info@ladyt.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
• Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all accessories and the RMA clearly marked on the packaging.
• Ship the product to the return address we will provide you when requesting an RMA.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Loose teas and food items are not refundable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
