WHO IS LADY T?

I am Elise Perreault, Certified Tea Sommelier. Since 2014, I have had the chance to make a living from my passion: tea. I love creating infusions and finding new teas for infusion enthusiasts.

Through Lady T, I hope to get more and more people to choose this drink with many benefits.

Why the name Lady T? “Lady” refers to Lady Anne Russell, Duchess of Bedford, who in the early 19th century found the wait between meals quite long. So she had the idea of inviting some friends over to her house in the late afternoon for a cup of tea and a snack. Her friends imitated her and the 5 O’clock tea fashion spread very quickly.

This is how the famous Tea Time was born. And “t” to represent phonetically the word “tea” in several languages.
