This fermented tea comes from the Yongde region in Yunnan, the “capital” of Pu Er Shou.
This Pu Er shines with its sweetness in the mouth, a surprising find in such a young tea.
It is also a sign of skillfully controlled fermentation.
On the taste side, its light and earthy aromas develop without bitterness, preparing the finish on notes of cocoa and spices.
Why is the name Promenons-nous dans les bois? Well its aroma has an earthy and mushroom side reminiscent of a walk in the woods after the rain.
