C’est la vie

SWEET MINT GREEN TEA

Do you know Moroccan mint green tea?

This traditional drink from Maghreb countries originates from Morocco.

It is basically a mixture of gunpowder-type green tea and spearmint, accompanied by a lot of sugar and served very hot.

In Morocco, tea is the drink of hospitality.

Its preparation and taste will vary depending on the regions and countries of the Maghreb.

In order to make this invigorating, digestive and comforting recipe, I substituted the sugar (so calorific) by organic stevia leaves.

The result is a delicious sweet and minty infusion.
