CUCUMBER & MELON GREEN TEA

You will be charmed by this thirst-quenching green tea with a delicious aroma of watermelon.

Ideal in iced tea, COLD INFUSION, infuse it several times to make the pleasure last, I leave the recipe in the instruction section.

RECIPE IDEA
In hot weather, serve it with small skewers of cucumber, feta and melon for a tasty and hydrating snack.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Cucumber & Melon Gin

Do you like gin and tonic? You’ll love this cucumber and melon version. It’s my summer drink!

Beforehand: Infuse 4 tbsp. Aimes-tu la vie comme moi in 16 oz of gin.

Leave to rest in the fridge or freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Remove the leaves.
You can keep the infused alcohol for 1 month in the fridge.

When ready to serve:
Garnish cocktail glasses with ice, add 1 ½ oz of infused gin and add tonic.

Add a small skewer of watermelon or cucumber slices.

Green tea, cucumber slices, natural flavors

ADD: milk, sugar to taste

CAFEINE: weak

1 teaspoon / cup of water (250ml) 80 ° C ideal water temperature steep for 2 to 4 minutes

Instructions for a 2 liter pitcher, cold brew:

In a pitcher, add 10 tbsp. teaspoon then fill with cold water. Put in the fridge for a few hours.

Remove the leaves with the help of a colander or infuser but do not throw them away as you can easily repeat 2-3 infusions this way.

Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!

When your pitcher is empty, just return your leaves to a pitcher of ice water and repeat 🙂
