lemon balm (anti-stress & insomnia), verbena (digestion and sleep),

rose (stress), papaya, orange, mango, pineapple, calendula, blackberry leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

    1 teaspoon / cup of water (250ml)       95 ° C ideal water temperature         steep for 3 to 10 minutes
