BLACK TEA MASALA CHAI

A pure Masala Chai – a traditional Indian recipe: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and pepper.

In India it is strong, sweet and often with milk.

How to? Boil 5 tsp in 4 water in a saucepan for about 10-15 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar (more or less to taste) and 2 cups of milk. Let warm without boiling 3-4 minutes and enjoy.
