A smooth but aromatic bluish infusion.

Lavender has a lot of benefits, its most important positive effects would be relieving stress, helping with indigestion, insomnia and migraine.

RECIPE Lavender Lemonade:

Ingredients

24 ice cubes

1/4 cup dried lavender

2 cups of boiling water

1/2 cup of honey (or ¾ cup of sugar)

8 lemons

5 cups of ice water or ice cubes as needed

Instructions :

Infuse the lavender in the two cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Remove the leaves (you can keep them in the fridge for a few days for a 2nd or 3rd infusion).

Combine the honey with the hot lavender infusion, stir until dissolved, then pour into the pitcher with the ice.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons into a bowl, add cold water and mix.

Pour the preparation into the lavender infusion.

Taste and adjust the lemon juice and / or sugar if desired.

Decorate with lavender and lemon slices.
