It was in the second half of the 19th century that the first tea plants were planted on the island of Ceylon.

They then replace agriculture linked to coffee, the country’s favorite.

Sri Lanka since then, the country is the first producer of these exceptional teas.

Ceylon black teas are the result of fair and traditional agriculture.

Indeed, the women harvest the leaves by hand from the early hours of the morning. Its origin is certified.
