Gyokuro, which means “pearl of dew”, is Japan’s most prestigious tea.

Its tender green liquor is soft and complex, enhanced with notes of green vegetables and marine accents.

It is a shade tea because Camellia Sinensis plants are deprived of sunlight a few weeks before harvest to promote the development of chlorophyll.
