MATCHA KITCHEN GRADE
What is a cooking-type matcha? Well, much like wines, there are several types of matcha.
This matcha comes from the Japanese region of Shizuoka, capital of Matcha.
It is a tea with a very green taste reminiscent of freshly cut grass.
Its infusion is lively, slightly bitter and ideal for everyday use.
It is perfect for those who are new to the matcha adventure and want to add it to their Lattes, smoothies, yogurts, cookies and even ice cream.
WHAT IS MATCHA?
An ultra-fine, bright green powder that is said to be the Japanese secret to living longer and healthier.
Traditionally used for the tea ceremony, it is made from the best quality of Camellia sinensis.
Among its strengths, it provides a very high dose of catechin (antioxidant), stimulates the metabolism and infuses stable and sustained energy as well as a calm concentration.
Many consider it a super food. It has also long been considered by the samurai as a medicine.
The Japanese are also very fond of it for its action against aging of the skin and in particular against the appearance of wrinkles.
