How to prepare this matcha?
Add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of matcha to a cup and then pour in about 1/4 cup of hot water at 80 degrees C.
Water that is too hot will add bitterness to the taste.
Whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved.
You can then extend it with hot water until you get the desired taste.
